Who is it for?
Food Handlers, Food Supervisors or other individuals employed in the business have State licenses and central Licenses. Students/other individuals intending to enter the Food Business.

• This training aims to equip personnel with the knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements applicable to Poultry Meat and Poultry Meat Products establishments, enabling them to serve as designated Food Safety Supervisors (FSS).
• These supervisors are expected to interpret and apply the guidelines based on the scale and nature of their operations.
• The intended outcome of this manual is to promote a stronger understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, thereby ensuring higher standards of food safety within the industry.
