Course Description

This is the Food Safety Supervisor course as per the FSSAI – FoSTaC program. 

Once you have made the payment, we will share the details of the training code on the FosTac portal https://fostac.fssai.gov.in/ where you must register.

Who is it for?
Food Handlers, Food Supervisors or other individuals employed in the business have State licenses and central Licenses. Students/other individuals intending to enter the Food Business.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will be able
• The objective of this training is to equip personnel—who can be designated as Food Safety Supervisors in milk processing and milk product manufacturing units—with the knowledge of essential food safety and hygiene practices required in their operations. 

These supervisors (FSS) are expected to interpret and implement these requirements based on the nature and scale of their establishments. 

The intended outcome is to foster a deeper understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols, ultimately promoting higher standards of food safety across the dairy industry.
