Course Description

This is the Food Safety Supervisor course as per the FSSAI – FoSTaC program. 

Once you have made the payment, we will share the details of the training code on the FosTac portal https://fostac.fssai.gov.in/ where you must register.

Who is it for?
Food Handlers, Food Supervisors or other individuals employed in the business have State licenses and central Licenses. Students/other individuals intending to enter the Food Business.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will be able
• The objective of this training is to educate personnel on food safety and hygiene practices to be followed in Meat and Meat Products establishments and to prepare them for the role of Food Safety Supervisors (FSS). 

• These supervisors may adapt the requirements based on the size and type of their establishment. 

• The intended outcome is an improved understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, leading to enhanced food safety practices across the industry.
