Course Description

This is the Food Safety Supervisor course as per the FSSAI – FoSTaC program. 

Once you have made the payment, we will share the details of the training code on the FosTac portal https://fostac.fssai.gov.in/ where you must register.

Who is it for?
Food Handlers, Food Supervisors or other individuals employed in the business have State licenses and central Licenses. Students/other individuals intending to enter the Food Business.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will be able
• Outcome Participants will understand and apply key food safety and hygiene practices—including GMP, GHP, and HACCP—for Fish and Fish Products and related sectors. 

• They’ll be prepared to act as Food Safety Supervisors, ensuring high standards of safety tailored to their operation’s scale and type.
