Course Description

This is the Food Safety Supervisor course as per the FSSAI – FoSTaC program. 

Once you have made the payment, we will share the details of the training code on the FosTac portal https://fostac.fssai.gov.in/ where you must register.

Who is it for?
Food Handlers, Food Supervisors or other individuals employed in the business have State licenses and central Licenses. Students/other individuals intending to enter the Food Business.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will be able
• Participants will gain essential knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices specific to Bakery and Bakery Products.

• They will be equipped to implement GMP, GHP, and HACCP principles, and be eligible to serve as Food Safety Supervisors, ensuring safe and hygienic operations based on the scale and type of their establishment.
