Food safety professionals, including but not limited to food safety managers, auditors, inspectors and quality control personnel who want to improve their data management and analysis skills using
Excel.

Prerequisites:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and its interface, including how to navigate and use basic functions such as entering data, saving, and formatting. The trainees should have access to MS Excel release 2016 and above.
