Food Safety Assurance follows the principles of “Safety by Design”, where all steps in the Research to Retail Process (Idea, Innovation, Concept, Commercialisation, Manufacture, Distribution, and Sales) are seamlessly aligned with each other. The combined effect of this alignment then leads to robust and reliable Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and a very high degree of assurance of food safety across the chain. This training will enable you to understand the requirements for setting up an effective food safety system.

About The Speaker:

Dr. Balkumar Marthi

Balkumar has a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Microbiology) from the University of Delaware and has an industry experience of close to 30 years of which 25 years were at Unilever R&D. He works with the clients to provide a 360-degree view of food safety.
