The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requires food companies to implement Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls often referred to as HARPC.

This course will enable you to understand the concepts and requirements of HARPC.

• When to apply preventive controls in different areas of your food safety system - processes (CCPs), allergens, sanitation, supply chain, etc.
