Description

Registration Registration for the program starts on 6th March 2023 and closes on  15th April 2023.

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates from recent years and previous years can apply for the program
  • Applicants must have obtained at least 60% of their degree
  • Graduates and Postgraduates in Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Engineering, and Microbiology can apply

  • Only candidates who qualify will be enrolled in the program
  • The batch size is capped at 30 candidates only

Training Program: The training program is a 2-week, 80 hours course plan. The training will be provided by leading experts in the food safety industry and will cover regulatory, food safety, and auditing topics. The training will also include 2 days dedicated to soft skills training.

Training Topics:

  • Day 1  (02.05. 2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Food Service Organizations, Industry Overview
  • Day 2  (03.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - FSSAI FoSTaC: Food Safety Supervisor – Advanced Catering
  • Day 3 (04.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Introduction to Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP Awareness 
  • Day 4 (05.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Theme (Hands-on) Guided work writing PRP, SOP, and complete HACCP plan , ISO 22000 Awareness 
  • Day 5 (06.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Labelling and Display Regulations & Nutrition Model, Food Nutrition and its application
  • Day 6 (08.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Traceability & Recall , Complaints Handling & RCA ,Allergen Management
  • Day 7 (9.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Communication Skills, Written & Verbal
  • Day 8 (10.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Tools Basic, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Day 9 (11.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - FSSAI Initiatives (Eat Right Campus, Hygiene Rating, RUCO), Auditing & Checklists.
  • Day 10 (12.05.2023, 9 am to 6 pm) - Student Presentation and Review

Fee: The cost of the program will be Rs. 29,000/- (inclusive of all taxes) per student.

  • Early birds who register before March 31st, 2023, will be eligible for a 25% discount
  • Referrals for new candidates will get a 5% bonus.

Placement Assistance: We will provide placement assistance to all candidates who complete the program.

Certificate: A certificate will be provided to all candidates who successfully complete the program.
