FSSAI has issued a critical order (dated 18 March 2026) that changes the rules for every food business selling online via the ONDC network. This 30-minute briefing clarifies the mandatory split in responsibilities between Buyer Apps and Seller Apps effective from April 1st. We will cover the new "30/45" shelf-life delivery rule, the mandatory digital display of Principal Display Panels (PDP), and how the updated FoSCoS system now tracks every transaction participant. This session is essential for FBOs to understand their new legal liabilities and update their digital listings to avoid enforcement action.
