Our Advanced HACCP course will teach you what you need to know about Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Consolidate your expertise when it comes to integrating with food safety management – and appreciate the value of doing so in order to comply with regulations and provide safe food. Train with our expert who has close to 40 years of experience working in the industry. You'll also be able to recognize and monitor risks, as well as to conduct operations and process reviews.

This is a 4  hours course delivered online. Participants will learn about the 7 principles of HACCP, and how to conduct a hazard analysis. It might be better to attend the Basic HACCP class before joining this.

Ms.Sarika has B. Tech in Food Technology and has been leading the company since 2009. She has helped multiple clients implement FSMS at their locations. She has an overall experience of over 15 years in the domain.
