On November 10 - Day 1 of the Smart Protein Summit 2021, we hosted a power-packed panel of entrepreneurs as we aimed to understand how we can scale up innovation in plant-based foods, cater to the Indian consumer & palate, and make these foods accessible to consumers across the length and breadth of the country.

This is particularly important as we're increasingly seeing momentum around smart protein build with startup launches across the country and prominent corporates venturing into the sector.
