Description

Food Safety Conversation for the month of January 2021 is on "Ensuring the safety of dairy products". This was held online on the 21st of January, 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM IST. The objective of the conversation is to provide insights on why food safety is important, the best practices, and how people can take this forward in their neighborhood.

 

The webinar will be for 75min (may extend 5min or so).

 

The Expert Panel will consist of:

Mr. Prashant  Bhat, Chief R&D officer of Mother Dairy,  New Delhi.

Dr. Surendranath, a retired professor of NDRI and a committee member of FSSAI
Mr. Prit Singh, Process Engineer, 10 years experience in Dairy Manufacturing. Danone Australia
Mr. Milton Srivastava, Head of Operations, OSAM Dairy

 

The panel will be moderated by Sarika Agarwal, our Managing Director, and Principal Consultant.
