Description

This course will give a brief idea on the present scenario of Malnutrition and the strategy that can be adopted to address the problem, food fortification and the need for it, the general principles covered in the FSS Regulations 2018, various packaging & labeling requirements that a manufacturer should comply as per the Regulations, the staple foods that are fortified in India and the standards for the fortification of these foods and also the procedure for endorsement for the fortification of foods.

This course will be a Self-Paced DIY course. The course can be accessed from any location on any device. You will have to complete the video session and then pass the quiz with 50% marks and Submit the feedback form to be eligible for the certificate.
